Generation Mingle was born out of everyday observations. As I looked at the people around me — friends, family, coworkers — I began to notice the growing gaps between generations. The comments were constant:
These small frustrations revealed something bigger: generations weren’t just speaking different languages of communication — they were often missing each other entirely. Expectations from one side weren’t understood by the other, leaving space for disappointment and division.
That’s when I began talking with a friend, Sandy, about what could be done. How could we bridge these gaps without turning it into a lecture or blame game? We wanted something different: conversations that were honest, fun, and relatable — while still shining a light on the real differences shaping our lives.
That’s how the idea for Generation Mingle came to life. A podcast where Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z all get a voice — sharing stories, debating perspectives, laughing at our quirks, and finding common ground. Listeners are invited to join the conversation, adding their own experiences with generational clashes — and how they’ve learned to resolve them.
Our goal? To create a space where people from every generation can learn, laugh, and most importantly, feel connected. Because at the end of the day, no matter what year we were born, we all want the same thing: harmony, understanding, and closer relationships with the people who matter most.
